| Pending - In Review | Your claim has been assigned to a reviewer. This process may take up to 210 days. Once a decision is made and it has been determined that you are the rightful owner of the property, you will receive a check sent to your mailing address. If additional documentation is required to determine you as the rightful owner of the property, a letter requesting additional supporting documentation will be sent by mail. | |
| Approved/Paid | Your claim has been approved. A check from the State Controller’s Office has been issued and sent to your mailing address. |
